Located on historic Dunmore Street between the Bahamas Coffee Roasters and the Pink Anglican Church, and nestled in over 1/2 acre of its own Private Coconut Grove, is our beautiful Island cottage - Aralia House. Fully renovated and refurbished in style in 2019, the home is immaculate and your perfect Island sanctuary. Located two minutes from the wharf and two minutes to the famous Pink Sand Beach (sip sip entrance). The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6. The main house has two bedrooms - a large Master with a King Bed and a second bedroom with two Twins, and the main bathroom. The garden cottage houses the third bedroom with a Queen Bed and its own private bathroom. Come off the beach and enjoy the heated outdoor shower, lazy Island afternoons around the outdoor bar, and entertaining in style in the outdoor dining (including use of a large gas barbecue) and lounge areas. Beautiful interior design and a home designed to embody the heartbeat of Island Life and the spirit of Harbour Island. Perfect for a group of couples or a family group, with the home designed with the enjoyment of children in mind - from the gorgeous Twin bedroom to the outdoor swing nestled among the Coconut Trees. Loads of land (property spans a whole block) for children to roam and play. Minutes to Harbour Island's gourmet Restaurants, beautiful boutiques and local grocery stores.
A working generator (whole house) is onsite to get you through any power cuts.
