The new large pool feature with deck, pool house, bar, and path to the famous Pink Snd Beach make this the optimum choice for your holiday. The beach path is 200 feet from the house and leads to a quiet stretch of the Pink Sand Beach. Just a few minutes drive minutes from the village’s shops and restaurants The Summit Estate is an ideal spot from which to explore the island.
The Summit Estate main house was built in the Bahamian tradition of long homes, with windows and doors on both the harbour and beachside of the house. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all connected to ensure family and guests are never to be too far from each other. The living and dining room are decorated in an eclectic island style and feature British and Bahamian antiques and memorabilia. The Summit Estate offers both ocean view and harbour view verandas from the home and cottage with ample room to dine al fresco or to relax in the shade with a delightful book. Enjoy eating breakfast while watching the sun rising over the ocean and then an evening libation, watching the sunset over the harbour. The Summit Estate is fully air-conditioned and has a backup Generator.
The kitchen is very well equipped, and the dining table offers seating for 14 guests. The first guest bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom offers and ocean view. The second guest bedroom offers a king size bed with en suite bathroom and offers a garden view. The third guest bedroom offers a king size bed with en suite bathroom and a garden view. The fourth guest room or children’s bedroom offers three twin beds with en suite bathroom and an ocean view.

Perched on the edge of a bluff, looking over the pool, it offers panoramic views of the historic village, the island of Eleuthera and the turquoise waters of the harbour. The open living room and kitchen have a vaulted ceiling and French doors to ensure that the light and tropical breezes flow throughout the living spaces.
The harbour front veranda accommodates a dining table and comfortable seating for guests looking to relax and look at one of the best views to be had on the island.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed with en suite bathroom and has a garden view. The guest bedroom is accessed from the exterior of the cottage and offers a king bed and two twin beds with en suite bathroom.
