There is a genteel charm about The Old Boat House. The home is located down the southernmost end of Bay Street and is within walking distance to Valentine’s Marina and the island’s historic village. The Old Boat House’s wide wooden deck overlooks the lushly landscaped garden and is the ideal location from which to watch the sunset over island’s picturesque harbour. The open living and dining areas are tastefully furnished in a West Indies style. The house’s large open kitchen allows the family to be together while meals are being prepared. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house. As well, there are two detached suites both with half baths.
