Acquapazza Harbor Island serves some great pasta dishes like a decadent melanzane parmigiana, which is baked in perfectly spiced breading and covered in mozzarella and a rich and tangy marinara sauce. The Fettucine alla Norcina is a rich and creamy pasta made with mushrooms, parmigiana and a white truffle oil. If you are not looking to pack on the pounds, you may want to try the spaghetti aglio olio, which is a light dish of garlic, olive oil and basil.
Desserts
The deserts at Acquapazza Bahamas include the usual selections of tiramisu, crème brulee and ice cream. But, if you are in the mood for something a bit more indulgent, try the gianduja cake which is a chocolate and hazelnut cake that comes with vanilla ice cream and strawberry coulis.
