Alexander Alexiou

Bahamian born, Alexander grew up boating, fishing and scuba diving the waters around Harbour Island and The Bahamas. Alexander attended preparatory school in Canada at Trinity College School before obtaining his Bachelor of Science from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. Alexander then went on to be awarded a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Huddersfield in England. In 1999 Alexander obtained his real estate license and so after became a licensed Real Estate Broker. Alexander began his real estate career in Nassau where he specialized in commercial property management and sales. Alexander’s clients included several large offshore banks, insurance companies and government ministries. However, Alexander often reminisced about his wholesome upbringing on the water and beaches of The Bahamas. After his son was born he decided to purchase Island Real Estate and move his family to Harbour Island. Throughout his years of practicing real estate in Nassau and Harbour Island Alexander has earned an exceptional reputation in the industry for his ability to combine integrity and dedication with experience and expertise.

Victoria Parmentier

Vicky began her career in Real Estate in January of 2103 after having been a frequent visitor to and homeowner in the Harbour Island area for the previous 15 years. A well rounded and connected business and professional woman with a long year history in the Financial and Legal Sectors in Nassau, Bahamas, she was naturalized as a citizen of The Bahamas in 1973, Born in New York City; she attended City College of the City University of New York and Ecôle La Combe, in Switzerland before relocating to the Bahamas and studying law as an apprentice. Vicky has enjoyed a long career as Private Banker and Bank Manager having worked with Lloyds Bank, Royal Bank of Canada and Citibank and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. A focus of her studies and experience with title issues and fixed asset management resulted in a deeper understanding of Real Estate matters and led the way to her real estate career. Vicky spends time between Harbour Island and her home in Whale Point Eleuthera and is quite familiar with opportunities in that area as well as those on Harbour Island in both the Sales and Rental markets. Her capabilities with the Spanish, French and Italian languages enhance our team’s communication alternatives, she is a very valuable member of our team at Island Real Estate.

Charles Carey

Charles Carey, a proud Bahamian with roots in Harbour Island, graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce and spent ten years working as a CPA. With a strong background in fine art, he returned to Harbour Island in 1996 to open the Princess Street Gallery—an art space showcasing both local and international artists creating on the island. In 2011, Charles expanded his career by becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent and joining the team at Island Real Estate. Known for his keen insight into clients’ needs—whether they're seeking an investment property, a vacation home, or a permanent residence—Charles delivers a personalized and successful experience. His ultimate goal is to offer clear, honest advice and exceptional service, always guided by integrity.

Justin Albury

Neil Williams

Neil was born in Nassau, Bahamas and attended preparatory school both locally and at Trinity College School, Port Hope, Ontario, Canada. He went on to study Psychology at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada and Hotel & Restaurant Management at St. Leo College, St. Leo, Florida. Neil began his professional career in the hospitality industry where he held the posts of Assistant Manager and Manager at two major local resorts. After several years he moved into the field of insurance where he was a top producing agent for a local life insurance company. Neil transitioned into the property and casualty side of the business and was the Senior Risk Surveyor and Broker Account Executive for some 12 years. Neil is no stranger to the real estate industry. He apprenticed as a Real Estate Appraiser for fifteen years and gained his appraisers license in 2003. A few years later, he successfully completed the real estate sales licensing course. Neil incorporated Quantum Appraisal Services Ltd. which has an impeccable track record for producing concise, accurate appraisal reports. Neil’s hobbies include scuba diving, golf, alpine skiing, boating, and photography. He is also an active member of the Bahamas Kennel Club (BKC), Bahamas National Trust, and Project REEF. As a member of our team at Island Real Estate, Neil brings a deep knowledge of the real estate industry, time tested communication skills, and the commitment to place his clients best interest ahead of all else.
