Just 200 feet from the world-famous Pink Sands Beach, in a quiet neighborhood, sits King Surf Shack – a newly-renovated retro designer eco-friendly surf shack with vintage reclaimed barn wood exterior (pink shutters) complete with a private lap pool, crows nest with ocean views and a remodeled 1973 VW bus food truck perfect for private grilling outdoors. The bungalow features 5 bedrooms, a loft, 5 1/2 baths, a hot tub and a Peloton in a mini gym, and comfortably sleeps 12.
King Surf Shack has 5 bedrooms (with a loft), 5 1/2 bathrooms, pantry and cozy TV room/kids area. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On top of the Guest Cottage sits a Crows Nest with fabulous Ocean Views and a king size day bed for sunbathing or stargazing. Under the Guest Cottage sits the mini gym with a Peloton Bike, Yoga Mats and a few free weights. Behind the Guest Cottage is an outdoor Shower and bathroom.
The entire home is powered during the day by Solar Power. It has a Rolls Royce back up generator and a Reverse Osmosis System with 10,000 gallon cistern providing drinking water from every faucet.
