This 2 acre island paradise offers you the unique opportunity to combine the peaceful solitude of your own island with all the amenities nearby.
Most private islands take a long time to get to, Middle Cay is very accessible. Fly into North Eleuthra - airport code is ELH. From airport 5 minute taxi ride to three island dock and then a 2 minute boat ride to Middle Cay. From Middle Cay, Harbour Island with the world famous pink sand beaches is a 4 minute boat ride.
You can have the ultimate in privacy and luxury as well as easy access to groceries and provisions. Great choice of restaurants on Harbour Island as well as Eleuthera.
The surrounding area is famous for its pink sand beaches, deep sea and bone fishing and the best coral reefs and wrecks for diving in the Bahamas. Catch a wave on Eleuthera’s Surfer’s Beach or go over to Harbour Island and rent jet skis, boats, bicycles or golf carts for touring this charming island, which also has several restaurants that are culinary gems and the beautiful pink sand beach.
Main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths,, sleeps 19
Home has a heated pool, cable TV, wireless internet, outdoor shower.
We have two docks, one that can fit yachts 55 feet in length.
We have a working lighthouse.
A walkway around the entire island.
A fire pit for those nights you wish to have smores or just sit and enjoy a magical night with the stars.
Both Kitchens are stocked with basic spices. The fridge is stocked with basic condiments like Ketchup, mayo, mustard, soy sauce, steak sauce.
Daily housekeeping is provided.
There are also boat taxis running from 6 am to 11:30 pm, that can take you around should you wish to do so. Cost is $6 per person.
All areas of the island are open for guests.

We have fishing gear,a canoe, stand up paddle board, a canoe and a kayak.
