Conveniently located in the heart of the historic village the cottage is within walking distance from the island's boutiques and restaurants. Enjoy dining al fresco on the home's patio surrounded by tropical foliage and shaded by a Wild Orchid tree. Or you may enjoy toasting the spectacular sunset from the cottage's rooftop deck. The cottage offers high ceilings and open living areas. Comfortably and casually furnished the living room is the perfect spot to relax with a great book. To the rear of the living room is the dining room with seating for six people. The well equipped kitchen is open to the living areas. The master bedroom is located to the left of the living room and offers a queen sized bed. The guest room is accessed via the patio and offers a queen sized bed with en-suite bath. The couch in the living room pulls out to allow for maximum flexibility. Island Real Estate is pleased to offer our guests the easy going Tucked In. Rates for Tucked In are as follows: Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year Spring Break and Easter - $2500 per week with a one week minimum In season - Dec 15 - April 30th $1700 per week, extra nights $275 per night Out of season - $1250 per week, extra nights $200 per night Weekend rates with 3 nights In season $900 for weekend, extra nights $275 per night Out of season $750 for weekend, extra nights $250 per night <br><br>
