Main house has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, kitchen with all appliances, living areas with Direct TV, sunroom with wet bar and ice maker, reverse osmosis water filtration system, Sonos Sound System, and a backup generator. The Captain’s Quarters has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Outdoors includes a heated Infinity swimming pool, kitchen with gas grill and seating, the use of 2 boat lifts; 24k lbs. and 20k lbs.
The space Just minutes from Pink Sands Beach, this waterfront home faces West on the Harbour side providing beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Being located between Romora Bay Resort and Briland Club Marina, its an easy 5-minute walk to 3 local restaurants. Home offers a total of 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 people max.
Main House
Upstairs, via an external staircase, is the master suite with a King size bed and a full bathroom. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and their own full bathroom. All bedrooms have their own AC units. All bathrooms have stand up showers. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, under counter double fridge drawers, stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker, to name the basics. Gather in the living room to watch TV or relax in the sunroom that includes a powder room and a wet bar with under counter ice maker.
Captain's Quarters
Behind the main house are separate sleeping quarters for guests. One room has a King size bed and TV with cable. The second room has 2 Queen beds. Both rooms share a full size bathroom.
