Lily Pad employs an inverted floor plan to maximize views. The Kitchen, Great Room, and Master Suite which has a king-sized bed and private bathroom, are all on the second floor. The ground floor houses two guest suites with king-sized beds and their own bathroom, one guest suite with two twin beds that can be configured to a king-sized bed if required, a living area, bathroom and laundry room. There is also a spacious patio surrounding a private swimming pool, and one of the world’s best beaches is just steps away.

RATES

The rates are subject to an additional 10% gratuity and 10% guest tax.

A four-night minimum stay is required. During Christmas, New Years, and March through Easter, there is a seven-night minimum.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation made 8 weeks or more prior to the commencement date is eligible for a deposit refund. A cancellation made within 8 weeks of the commencement date forfeits the deposit unless another rental for the dates specified is secured. If the final payment is not received at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement date, it creates the presumption of cancellation and renders the house available for rent to the first fully-paid rental contract received for the dates of occupancy specified herein. Under such circumstances where the house is re-rented, the deposit and the security deposit will be refunded.
