The bed is positioned so that when you wake your first view will be a panoramic view of the aquamarine ocean. The master’s luxurious en-suite bathroom offers a soaker tub, travertine tiled floors, granite countertop vanity, dressing room and walk-in closet.

The first guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also situated on the second storey and offers a sofa, writing desk, shared access with the master suite to the upper balcony and ocean views.

The second and third guest rooms with shared bathroom are located on the main floor. The first guest room offers two twin beds and pool views. While the second guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and views of the courtyard garden and ocean.

On the lower floor, at the pool level and accessed from the villas exterior you will find the fourth and fifth bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom and furnished in the same coastal chic style. The fourth guest room offers a daybed, while the fifth guest room is accessed via the fourth bedroom and offers a queen bed.

The pool-level terrace is surrounded by verdant tropical plants and offers additional seating for 8 or more in the outdoor living room, along with numerous chaises for sunning. A full wet bar, sound system and professional landscape lighting ensure that this space may be enjoyed all day and well into the evening.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation made 8 weeks or more prior to the commencement date is eligible for a deposit refund. A cancellation made within 8 weeks of the commencement date forfeits the deposit unless another rental for the dates specified is secured. If the final payment is not received at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement date, it creates the presumption of cancellation and renders the house available for rent to the first fully-paid rental contract received for the dates of occupancy specified herein. Under such circumstances where the house is re-rented, the deposit and the security deposit will be refunded.

The initial deposit of 40% is due immediately to secure the booking and the remaining balance should be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival, the mail
system takes between 3-6 weeks to arrive from the US.
